Welcome!
How to Activate your Brain is the first book in my series, providing valuable information about improving brain performance through fun, simple, and easy-to-do exercises and techniques.
Conquering Depression in the Golden Years is the second book, dedicated to battling depression using simple techniques for increasing brain activity. This book is available now on:
www.conquerdepressiontoday.com
The mission of these books is threefold:
· To educate people about the brain’s amazing capacity for self healing at any age.
· To present practical information about strategies to activate and reactivate brain functions by increasing sensory activities, implementing hands exercises, and improving brain blood circulation.
· To describe home-based exercises, which help people to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve attention and memory.
Developed over the past 15 years at the Stress Relief and Memory Training Center in Brooklyn, New York, the program described in How to Activate Your Brain and Conquering Depression in the Golden Years is a practical guide for seniors suffering from anxiety, depression, and memory loss, accompanied by physical disabilities.
This program consists of a wide variety of simple, easy to follow techniques, starting from gentle physical exercises in sitting position and going on to changing eating habits. Though this program was initially developed for elderly people, baby boomers coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and attention and memory attenuations will find these exercises extremely helpful in maintaining their active life style.
With these exercises, people enhance their:
ü Stress fighting skills
ü Mood and emotional wellbeing
ü Focus and concentration
ü Memory and learning abilities
ü Overall mental stamina
The described techniques include breathing and meditation exercises, simple physical activities (hand, leg, and spine exercises) and many other techniques – all intended to improve your brain’s everyday functions, focus, concentration, and memory.
I wish all my readers the best of health for years to come.
